A NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY & ENDURING COMMUNITY ASSET
When completed in fall 2026, the new center will expand WildCare’s capacity to heal wildlife, inspire environmental stewardship, and serve as a vital hub for the Bay Area community. The project, now under construction at 76 Albert Park Lane, will feature:
- A modern Wildlife Hospital with advanced surgical suites and naturalistic enclosures for improved patient care.
- Flexible education spaces that support immersive indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
- Restoration and relocation of the historic building currently housing the WildCare Museum.
- A new courtyard and educational plaza featuring Wildlife Ambassador animals and gathering areas for visitors.
- Restoration and renewal of the San Rafael Creek, renewing a key ecological feature that borders the site.
- Accreditation-ready infrastructure to position WildCare as a leader in wildlife medicine, research, and training.
Construction, which began with a groundbreaking in May 2025, remains on track for completion by fall 2026.
